He is a high-performing, commercially driven executive with a proven track record of transforming technological innovations into successful commercial ventures. Over the course of his career, Duane has led companies from pre-revenue stages to over US$200M in revenue. With deep experience as a startup executive, Duane thrives in global customer and industry-facing roles, leveraging his expansive understanding of market dynamics to drive growth. He is actively involved in pioneering ventures across optical spectroscopy and imaging platforms, holding board positions, and retained executive roles for companies in biopharma analytical technologies, industrial processing and forensics. Previous executive positions with respected publicly held companies including Agilent Technologies, MKS Instruments, Thermo Fisher Scientific and serial entrepreneurial success with privately held ventures at the CEO or VP level including Ahura Scientific, Precisive, and RedWave Technologies. He holds a Bachelor Electrical Engineering, RMIT, Melbourne, Australia.
